With 30 years in the heavy civil construction and earthwork field, Joe Philbin possesses the right combination of technical know-how and practical, on the ground experience. Over a span of 14 years, Joe worked his way up from Project Manager and Estimator, to Vice President, Chief Estimator, and Board Member at Sukut Construction. Founded in September 2017, Philbin Construction embodies its founder’s core principles of service, partnership, and integrity. Joe and his team are dedicated to applying this wealth of knowledge and experience to each and every project.
